ORDER

Placing an order equals acceptance of this regulations.
You can place your order:
- by using our web page www.vivalitera.pl
- by fax: +48 61 44 26 570
- or in our headquarters (from monday to friday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

REALISATION

Realisation starts at the moment of recieving money on our account.
You can make some changes in your order up starting realisation.
We realise every order in turn of its placing.
Realisation takes from 10 to 14 working days (or if it’s some special project we’ll inform you about any extra time needed to realise it).

We send all our products by post or by a courier.
The cost of shipping is paid by a customer and is fixed every time individually.
Costs of shipping in EU depends on address and weight and is fixed individually.
You can also recieve your products in our headquarters.
We are not in charge of shiping delaying caused by post or by courier.

Every complaint related to any physical damages is considered based on protocol drawn up between post or UPS and a customer. In case of not drawing up a protocol the complaiant can not be considered.
You have to send all damaged products back to our company, together with a protocol.
Complaiant is considered in 10 days from recievng a defective products and a protocol.
Your screen may not display colours and textures correctly - any compliant related to such differences between the real product and a product seen on screen can not be considered.
Only ready-made products (if they are not personalized, by engraving, embossing, gilding etc.) can be returned. Any custom orders (or ready-made personalized products) can not be refunded.

All informations you can find on our web page www.vivalitera.pl are not an offer in the law of the Civil Code, and are only an invitation to begin negotiations (according to the article 71 Civil Code).
In cases not mentioned in this regulations, there will be valid regulations of Civil Code applied.
